Rape Justice operates predominately in England and Wales, aiming to promote greater understanding of all aspects of sexual violence related to the administration of justice through awareness raising, education and training and contribution to government reviews affecting policy and legislation.

Through educating predominately criminal justice professionals, Rape Justice aims to increase reporting rates, police investigative abilities, retention of survivors within the system, ability of survivors to give good evidence, the skills and expertise of CPS prosecution barristers and thereby conviction rates.

Rape justice operates independently from the Criminal Justice System and its associated agencies, aiming to represent and promote the experiences of all survivors of sexual violence regardless of gender, disability, health, religious views, socio-economic status, sexual orientation and profession.
